  4. Ensure the property is clean and presentable.
  5. Ensure all documentation is correct and up to date.
  6. If you have finance advice your agent as this will affect the smooth sale.
  7. After negotiating a satisfactory sale sign sale agreement and Rera Form F with agent and buyer.
  8. Transfer title at Dubai Land Department Registration Trustees.
  9. Transfer all utilities if still connected.
